Privacy, in plain language.
This notice explains how the current Straight Shot AI service handles information when you create an account or bring us a project.
What we collect
We process your account email, profile name, project descriptions, answers, uploaded references, approvals, generated documents, support requests, and service usage records. Authentication is handled by our account provider. We do not ask for payment card details or third-party API keys in the current release.
Please avoid uploading passwords, production credentials, or sensitive personal information that is not needed to describe your project.
Why we use it
We use your information to provide your private workspace, save your work, prepare requested documents and website prototypes, record approvals, apply usage limits, provide support, and protect the service. Your project data is scoped to your workspace through account authorization and database access controls.
AI and service providers
When you request AI guidance or generation, relevant project information and answers are sent to our configured AI service. Hosting, storage, authentication, and generation providers process data to deliver the service. Do not submit information you are not authorized to share.
Straight Shot AI does not use customer project content to train its own models. Any reuse of customer content for a different purpose requires a separate permission. AI output may be incomplete or wrong and must be reviewed.
Storage on your device
We use local browser storage to keep your sign-in session and unfinished project drafts, and to remember edits made in the interactive demo. Support drafts may be kept in session storage. This release does not include an advertising pixel or behavioral marketing tracker. Clearing browser data removes device-only drafts.
Access, export, and deletion
Your account settings provide a JSON export of your account data and a permanent account deletion control. You can also delete individual projects. Reference uploads and workspace records associated with a deletion are removed from active service storage. Provider backups or security records may persist according to provider retention and applicable obligations.
Contact support from your workspace for privacy requests or concerns about access to your information. We may need to verify your account before completing a request.
